enjoying tracking messages But disapointed when they seem to be discarded or withdrawn after a couple of hits for no apparent reason unless te next peope added something distasteful

To do tracking...you just need to put your email address on the very bottom of the message you create..then...read instructions that will appear! I have done it many times! Peace!

Well, at least you have a job. That is better than not having a job. But, get your resume on some job search sites. You never know what you may find. Plus, if you have a job, that puts you in the enviable position of looking for a job, but not actually NEEDING it. Allows you to be more specific about what job you may want to take, and what jobs you may want to pass up on, since you already have a job.

What do you mean by dead end? Is it boring or are you not being promoted? Do you want to earn more money, or a you longing for new challenges? I think answering these questions will help you find a solution for your problem. Find out what you really want, and what is possible. Maybe you will have to accept a compromise, like many people have. You might want to have another post in the same company, or change to another company, or completely change profession. It might be a big or a small step. Or maybe you just need a hobby that you really like to make you feel better. Just try to find out what you really want, and then try to achieve it. Good luck!
